When I was growing up, fishing was always something that interested me. Watching my Dad set out with all his gear at dawn and awaiting his return with great anticipation, is something I remember vividly. I also remember the disappoint when he came home empty handed as I really loved a meal of fish that I has helped clean and gut. As i grew older and he took me along with him he would how show me how to cast or bait the hook. It was somthing that we could do to kill time and it was relativly inexpensive. This made it the perfect hobby for families like us who didn't have much money.
